The Beatitudes

A collection of eight sermons, on the portions of Christ's Sermon on the Mount known as the "Beatitudes." Although
these sermons are contained in the complete sermon series, it is convenient to have these messages in one volume. These are the only
printed sermons from Spurgeon on the Beatitudes. For some reason, he was hindered from his purpose of preaching on each of them. His
comment on each Beatitude, however, may be read in his commentary on Matthew, " The Gospel of the Kingdom " — also published by
Pilgrim.
